How do I find cooks near me?

Open the Discover tab and allow location access. You’ll see home cooks and private chefs in your area, with availability shown on each profile.

Yes. Tap Follow on any cook’s profile. You’ll see their daily specials, new menus and availability in your feed.

How does delivery work?

Cooks set their own delivery windows. Some use our delivery partners; others offer collection only. Each cook’s profile shows their delivery options before you order.

What if my order is wrong or late?

Open the app and tap Get help on your order to raise it in the resolution centre. Do it within 24 hours of the order being marked delivered, and add photos where you can. We review it with the cook and decide on a full refund, a partial refund or no refund, and tell you the reason either way.

What payment methods are accepted?

Cards, bank transfer and local payment methods, depending on your country. You’ll see the options available to you at checkout.

How do I get a refund?

Raise the issue in the resolution centre within 24 hours of delivery, or cancel before a rider collects your order for an automatic full refund. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used. Card and bank refunds typically take 3 to 5 business days; wallet refunds arrive immediately. Is my payment information secure?

Payments are processed by PCI DSS-compliant payment partners. FOODSbyme never stores your card details on its servers.

How do I apply to join as a cook?

Apply through the app. We review your application, check the food rules that apply where you cook, and help you set up your profile. The process usually takes 5–10 business days.

Do I get my own link and storefront?

Yes. Every cook gets a profile link they can share anywhere. Customers can browse your full menu, follow you and order directly from your page.

How and when do I get paid?

Request a payout any time from the Earnings section of the app once your bank account is verified. Standard transfers reach your account within 24 hours. Payouts are held while an order of yours is in dispute and released once it is settled.

How do I book a private chef?
